The system knows how many people the room holds at 19:30, how many tables are taken and how long a party sits. The free times are what is left — a guest cannot book something that is not there.

What the profile includes
The profile is the foundation and it is free. The rest is switched on when you need it — and all of it lives at one address instead of in five different systems.
Business profile
Address and map, opening hours by day, phone numbers, website, social profiles, gallery and description. The profile opens in Bulgarian, English, German, Russian and Ukrainian.
Bookings
Calendar, zones, working hours and capacity. The guest books from your profile or from your own website through an embed, adds extras (parking, breakfast, a cot) and saves the reservation to their calendar, and you confirm with a single tap.
Floor plan
You draw the room with its tables, bar, stage and terrace, and you get a QR code for every table. The guest picks a table from the plan instead of writing “somewhere by the window”.
Menu and price list
Categories, photos, allergens, dietary labels and a theme of your own. A QR code ready for the tables, a version for printing, and the menu in several languages.
Orders from the table
The guest scans the code, picks from the menu and the request reaches you. No payment through the site — the bill is settled at the table, on your own till.
Reviews and invitations
You invite guests to leave a review by email. The Kude.bg rating is shown together with the Google one, as a single combined figure.
Promotions and vouchers
An active offer on your profile and a discount code you honour at the table. Who took it and who used it stays on record.
Contacts and CRM
Guests who have booked or ordered stay as contacts, with segments and history — so you know who comes back and who has not been in for a while.
