Delete your account

1. In the Kude.bg app: Profile → Profile settings → Delete account.
2. In the Kude.bg Бизнес app: More → Account → Delete profile.
3. On the website: sign in, open “Profile” and press “Delete account” at the bottom.
4. Without the app: write to support@kude.bg from the email address you sign in with, and we will delete the account for you.

Your name, email, phone, photo, date of birth, city and bio; the link to Google or Apple; your favourites and blocked users; every sign-in and registered device (notifications); your public profile. Deletion in the app or on the website happens immediately.

• Your reviews and their photos stay published without your name or profile — signed “Deleted user”. They are part of the rating of the business they were written about.
• Reservations stay with the businesses they were made with, with the name and phone number entered when booking — it is the business’s record of the visit.
• Messages to businesses stay with the businesses, without your name, email and phone number.
• Invoices and billing details of business accounts are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
• Reports you filed stay with the moderators, without your name.

If the account owns a business, the Kude.bg Бизнес app shows what will happen to each business and asks you to confirm. The business is then closed: its page is taken off Kude.bg, upcoming bookings are cancelled and the guests are emailed, staff lose access (their own accounts stay), the business’s customer list is erased and any paid plan is stopped with no further charges. Reviews of the business stay public, and your replies stay without your name. Past bookings and invoices are kept where the law requires.
